The world of tomorrow is here. As employers adopt artificial intelligence tools to screen resumes, match jobseekers to jobs, and conduct interviews, this new technology is quickly reshaping the world of work, for better and for worse.

AI Learning Lab

WPTI invites workforce development programs to apply to participate in our brand-new AI Learning Lab, designed and offered in partnership with Meet the Moment.

As AI and AI-driven tools play an increasing role in our workplace, and as AI skills become increasingly critical in the labor market, workforce development providers need to understand how to adapt – and quickly. The AI Learning Lab is a research-backed, cohort-based learning model designed to help you and your organization safely, ethically, and effectively incorporate AI into your operations and programming, and to help equip your team and organization with the digital fluency necessary to prepare jobseekers for an increasingly digital work environment. By combining structured peer accountability, project-based learning, and community support, we aim to transform a 4-week training (four half-day sessions) into sustained organizational change.
